Georgian Bay Refugee Support is a grass roots group of individuals, under the auspices of St Mark's Anglican Lutheran Church in Midland, Ontario, who formed in the summer of 2015 in response to the Syrian refugee crisis.
The group grew swiftly and continues to welcome new people who want to help in any way they can.
In the fall of 2015 our group was very happy to learn that we are welcoming a Syrian family of four this winter.
